At Ranch Pools, we're committed to making your stock tank pool delivery as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Here's how the process works:
To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend scheduling a consultation if:
- Distance: You're located more than 1.5 hours from Austin.
- Scheduling: You need a specific delivery date.
- Installation Prep: You're uncertain about proximity to an electrical outlet or if there's enough space for installation.
Our pools are shipped in nests of three, leading to some dings, scrapes, and size variations. Each tank may vary by +/- 2-6 inches. With a 21-day warranty, you'll have time to discover and address any leaks or pump problems. After that, regular maintenance is up to you!
Important Details
- Clear Pathway: Ensure a clear pathway at least 2.5 feet wide by 6-10 feet tall to roll the tank from the truck to the installation site. If the pathway isn't accessible, the pool will be left or returned to our warehouse without a deposit refund.
- Level Ground: Make sure the installation site is level. If it's not, we'll deliver the pool, but leveling will be your responsibility.
- Electric Outlet: Have an electrical outlet within 25 feet or plan to install one after delivery.
