What comes with my stock tank pool purchase?
Included:
- Hastings Stock Tank
- Filter Pump with first filter
- Floating Chlorine Dispenser
- Chlorine Tablets
- Hand Skimmer
Not Included:
- Tank Cover
- Additional Filters for filter pump
- Hose
- Any electrical work
How do I prepare for my install?
What we need:
- Pictures of level site- your site must be level and ready for installation. If it is not suitable for the installation and we arrive onsite, there will be a $500 restocking fee.
- Pictures of the electrical outlet that the filter or extension cord will be plugged into.
- Measurements for the distance from site to electrical outlet
- Pictures of cleared pathway to roll your tank from truck to site. Pathway must be at least 2ft wide x 6-10ft tall (the diameter of your pool) for delivery. Any tank that cannot clear the pathway will have a $200 restocking fee.
How long will the install take?
Please clear out 1-2 hours to be home for the install.
Will you fill the pool?
We do not fill your pool because the caulk needs to dry for 24 hrs before filling it.
What happens if something goes wrong with my pool?
If anything arises due to faulty installation you have 21 days from installation to bring it to our attention and we will come out and fix it.
What is the lead time for the installation?
This is dependent on the size of the pool you are looking for. On average, we are seeing a 2 week lead time.
How deep are stock tank pools?
All galvanized stock tanks are about 2 ft deep which we have found is the perfect depth for adults to sit or float in.
Can I get a tank without a hastings logo?
All tanks come with this sticker which can be easily taken off with goo gone!
